Robin and Jay’s Wedding at The Inn at Whitewell

We were super excited to be chosen by Robin and Jay to photograph their wedding at the amazing Inn at Whitewell. What can we say, this was a wedding packed full of  love, beautiful styling and fun. This was our first gay wedding can you believe, and we were truly honoured to be picked. From the very first meeting we clicked and on the day we got to the Inn early to get photos of them getting ready in their suite overlooking the meandering river and fells. we headed down to meet and photograph the flower girls being decorated with beautiful floral headbands, they looked so pretty.
The guys had got each other the same wedding cards – we think that means that they were destined for each other. We loved the fact that they had brought a stuffed toy Robin and a Jay that Jays brother had bought them. Amanda spotted them and took the opportunity to move them to a jar of sweets – it looks like they have just flown in! Hey when you pick us, you also get a stylist thrown in, well two because Bekka is a qualified fashion stylist!
The room looked breathtaking, it was absolutely jam packed with the most gorgeous flowers.
The ceremony was warm and the room was full of love. There was time for some photography on the terrace and it was soon the evening where there was a surprise visit from Abba. They were a blast and the we saw lots of dancing queens! The photo booth went down a storm and it was soon time to bid a fond farewell. We wish robin and jay a really happy life together and send them all our love. We hope to be seeing them again in the future, this was a wedding we will always remember with great fondness.

Tim and Amanda, thanks for not only capturing some fantastic moments on our wedding day, but for your support on the day in helping things run smoothly – and keeping us relaxed. You were both great fun and we were so pleased you were able to share the day with us. Cherished memories for ever. Thanks again, Robin and Jay xx
