Hello

Thank you for coming along to the portrait session kindly organised by Tiddlers. I thought I would show you some examples of my work and the type of image you can expect. I’ve won quite a few awards for my photography including  recently in OneEyelands  “Top 10 Worlds Photographer” competition so I hope together we can together produce something to be proud of. We have 10 minutes for each sitting so it will be good to be organised. Please bring along a toy or anything that may make your child laugh or smile, this may even be yourself “acting the goat” to illicit a response. I will be behind the camera so its down to you! However I don’t believe that every photo has to be a smiling one for it to be good so don’t worry I’m positive I can produce something worthy of putting on your wall, again please see the photos for some good non smiling photos, to me it’s all in the eyes, so long as the image captures your child’s character then I think it’s winner.

I will have 2 set ups in the Methodist Church, one is a vintage style one with a peeling paint door behind and wooden floorboards, there are a couple of examples of this on the above  photo.

My other set up is a plain grey background. Please also think about how your child is dressed, plain Autumnal colours and not patterns are usually best. This is only a suggestion however. You are welcome to bring props if you like,  I’m aware that some of these images may be Christmas themed so I will have a few props myself.

 

After the session I will edit the images and send you a personal password protected gallery that only you can see. There is absolutely no obligation to buy any images, I will not contact you again  regarding this portrait unless you have any further questions. If you would like to chat about frames or other options I do carry some in stock in my Uppermill Studio (9 New St, just across the road from Tiddlers), I would happily guide you through the options.

Prices start at just £12 for a 7×5, 10×8 for a 19.99, 23.99 for a 15×10, there will be lots more size options on the link I send you. You may also buy all the images(Jpegs) in the gallery for £50.
