Had a nice morning meeting lots of friends old and new at the fantastic Milltown triathlon finishing a minute from our studio in Uppermill. A huge turnout from Rochdale Triathlon Club, good to see Nick who it turns out I’ve not seen for about 20 years, what the hell happened there!!
