Some Vintage Images from the Saddleworth Wartime Weekend

We opened up our gallery and studio to the public this weekend for some vintage fun.Some of the film “Yanks” with Richard Gere was shot in Saddleworth and since then this great event has just snowballed into the vintage fest that it is today. The village is filled with an influx of fantastic looking visitors from all over the counrty, most in 40’s and 50’s dress and period uniform. So we had the pleasure of inviting people in for some tea (crockery and other related lovely vintage goodies supplied by Saddleworth Shindigs) and to have a portrait to take away with them.
