I had the pleasure of spending a couple of hours last week with the lovely Liz and Alan at their intimate Manchester City Centre Wedding. I met up with the group enjoying some drinks at the new Hotel Gotham  in Manchester. What a great place this is, very gothic with loads of super architectural details.

Liz and Alan were intent on having a relaxed affair so I basically just followed them round for a couple of hours interspersed with about 10 minutes worth of couples portraits. It was raining quite hard in Manchester (other weather is sometimes available!) so we all grabbed umbrellas and walked to the register office and the subsequent walk to the Grand Pacific where the guests enjoyed a meal in the conservatory.

Liz and Alan laughed and joked all day, including during the ceremony, and it was just a joy to share their day with them and another one of those moments when it makes you appreciate just what a great job we have.
