When a fashion designer contacts you and says that herself and her tattooed moustachioed boyfriend really like the editorial and fashion edge to your work, well you hope and pray that something comes of it, trust me! Throw in the fact that the couple are getting married at the gorgeous Thornton Manor then you just know that this has the potential to be some of your best work. Fast forward nearly 2 years to this fashion inspired wedding and the lovely Louise and Lee are now newlyweds and all the plans for the pictures at Thornton Manor have come together you can afford yourself a satisfied grin in the knowledge that something very special has just been produced between us all.

It takes two

Those of you who read my blog often will know that I’ve said many times that the feel of the wedding day and the final images very much come from the top down. That’s why Lee and Louise’s wedding was the perfect mixture of fun and style, it’s hard not to be swept along with Louise’s outlook on life and it’s a nice place to be too, Lee would certainly testify to that. Its no secret that this whole day was orchestrated by Louise and to be fair to Lee he jumped in with both feet to the photography part of the day especially, which again makes all the difference. They are just plain great to be around as their friends would also quite clearly testify too.

Fashion Inspired Wedding Dress

Not only had Louise hand drawn all the favours and artwork that everyone saw around Thornton Manor she designed her dress with all silks, Chantilly and Italian Lace herself and it looks amazing doesn’t it, it suited her just perfectly as you would imagine.

I’ll stop going on with myself now and let the images do the talking because they say more about the day than I could ever put into words, this is a set of images that is right up there with my very best work and we are super proud of them.

Louise and Lee it was every bit as good as we could have dared to imagine and better, thanks for being amazing and I don’t think I’ve come across many people who are more suited to each other, you nailed it. xx
