A welcome return to Ness Gardens

As I mentioned in Emily and Katie’s Saddleworth pre shoot blog post, this Ness Gardens wedding has been a long time coming. I met this lovely couple a long time before Covid struck so as you can imagine we’ve been looking forward to this day for absolutely ages.

Its always an absolute joy shooting a same sex wedding mainly due to the fact that there are less men involved (I can say this as a man, I hope!). Generally men at weddings are a bit superfluous 🙂

Wedding photos are always a team effort and when all parties involved are singing fro the same hymn sheet you end up with a gorgeous set of images like this. Choosing an amazing place like Ness Gardens helps too. Then when you sprinkle in a lovely bunch of friends, some warm loving family and lovely weather the result is just the best wedding day.

I’m really chuffed with these images I think they reflect just what a great day it was and it really was an honour to witness it all at such close quarters. It’s clear that Emily and Katie will just go from strength to strength and they fully deserve it.
