We arrived (as ever) quite early for Emma and Richards wedding at Yeldersley Hall, it’s great to do this as you really get a feel for the wedding and the atmosphere. Emma has got such a great eye for the small details and the vibrant colours she had chosen for the day all complimented each other really nicely. The lovely marquee at Yeldersley Hall had been dressed the days before by Emma, Richard , friends and family. They had done such a great job and Emma’s hand made bunting really set the room off a treat.
After some establishing shots at the hall we made the short journey to photograph Emma and her bridesmaids getting ready. We had a nice welcome from them, it’s always a lovely part of the day and a real honour to share in it so closely.
The ceremony was at Yeldersley Hall, it’s nice when it’s all so self contained, when we returned Richard was welcoming the first guests who continued to arrive until the ceremony room was full of exciting chatter and anticipation. Emma (how fabulous does she look in that wonderful dress) and her bridesmaids arrived in the most wonderful original VW Beetles, they looked so so stylish.
After the lovely ceremony everyone retired to the walled garden for drinks and to catch up with friends and family. We took this time to walk round the beautiful grounds with the newlyweds and take some fab relaxed pictures in the sun. It’s such a lovely thing to do especially when the bride (did we mention the beautiful dress) looks so good.
After the meal there were games on the lawn and dancing with music provided by a fab authentic retro band with a vintage sound.
Emma and Richard we wish you all the luck in the world, you provided your friends and family with a beautiful day in the sun to remember.
