saddleworth hotel wedding
I only spent a couple of hours with Mark and Sally but we packed a lot in and it was an absolute joy. The Saddleworth Hotel is literally 5 minutes up the road from my studio in Uppermill but this was a rare outing there for me, I tend to spend most of my wedding days away from home which I do love so this was a rare short journey. With Sally not wanting any prep shots it was straight into the ceremony and shooting the newly married couple straight after, it was a bit of a whirlwind and before I know it I was back in my studio editing the images. It was great to see some old colleagues of mine from the local registry office, they conducted a lovely ceremony. The whole day was such a relaxed affair. Sally’s mischievous and funny character really came out after the ceremony and Mark simply just looked incredibly happy all the time and just tok thinks completely in his stride, it was lovely to be part of ,it really was.
Relaxed images for a relaxed couple
Neither Sally, Mark or myself are big fans of highly posed wedding images, they suit some couples but certainly not Mark and Sally so we simply had a lovely walk round the grounds of the Saddleworth Hotel. I had already pre set up a few images, so away we went. I think these images really reflect this fun loving couple.
Hope you are having a lovely time away mark and Sally and these pictures help the memories come fooding back.
Tim is an incredible photographer and artist. He listens, he knows exactly what you do or don’t want from a shoot, and he is down to earth. We couldn’t have chosen a better photographer for our parents’ wedding day! We are absolutely thrilled and have only seen the blog posts for now! We would recommend Tim to anyone wanting superb, natural images for their special day or significant events in their life. He is reliable, professional and makes you feel at ease in front of the camera, (you don’t even know he’s there!) – None of us could stop smiling flicking through. Thank you so much Tim 🙂
