After a brief winter break from shooting weddings it was good to be back with a bang to shoot some quirky Sheffield Wedding.
Sheffield Winter Wedding
I was only there for a few hours but we managed to pack a lot in. Ailidh and Jamie really got stuck into their Sheffield Town Centre Wedding shoot and even the sub zero temperatures of the weather front dubbed “The Beast from the East” were not going to stop this fun loving couple.

With a bit of planning it’s amazing how much great imagery you can pack into a 30 minute shoot. This bride and groom had real fun wandering round Sheffield which is obvious to see in these photos and doesn’t Ailidh look fantastic in her Tartan dress, and the reason for this is, well she’s Scottish! She wasn’t the only one rocking Tartan too, there was a real touch of the Highlands and Islands at this wedding and it was all the better for it. Ailidh and Jamie said they wanted something away from the norm, I hope every wedding I’m at this year feels like this (except a bit warmer). I’m certainly off to a great start.
Jamie and Ailidh it was such an honour to share even a small part of your day, hope you had an amazing evening 🙂
