We have been travelling around quite a bit recently and we certainly took some inspiration from our recent Italy trip for Hannah and Pete’s Cornwall wedding photographs at The Green in Liskeard.

We feel that we have known the Hannah and Pete for quite a while now, thinking about it we have. We met them at the lovely Loveday and Dan’s wedding at the family orchard in Cheshire (good luck Loveday with the imminent new addition to the family), and also at a portrait session they had with us, too! Pete and Hannah wanted us just to capture their day as it happened, no group shots and nothing too posed… which is what we do best and is our definite preferred way of capturing a wedding day- This was us in our element, the way we love to shoot the best. Plus more time to party, whats not to like?! This group can party too, well when all your guests have travelled down to Cornwall you are going to make the most of it aren’t you.

By her own admission Hannah is an impulsive person, she decided to get married in Cornwall, looked on the internet and chose the first place she saw, how amazing is that. This of course could have backfired big time but as it happens she stumbled upon the most perfect place in The Green, there is nothing about this place we would have changed or in-fact nothing about Hannah and Pete’s day we would have changed, they hit the nail right on the head. The dress was perfect, the venue was perfect, the weather was…. perfect! the Groomsmen looked super dapper and the bridesmaids scrubbed up well, too 😉 A gorgeous bunch to photograph on a gorgeous day.

It’s safe to say that in the morning whilst getting ready Hannah was a little nervous (the poor thing was shaking), Pete however was not phased by the whole thing and was as cool as you like. Straight after the lovely ceremony in the Pagoda, however, Hannah’s nerves had fluttered away and she got down to the role of ‘bride’ like a professional.  We whisked them away from the guests for 30 mins later in the day to do out trademark couples portraits, a task they both took on with real style. These two are clearly made for each other and Pete just couldn’t stop smiling, its no wonder really, Hannah looked just amazing and she is just one of those people you can not help but like. The pair look are a photographer’s dream, and some of their images look like they’ve come straight out of some trendy fashion mag! This is a set of images we are very proud of, it’s collaboration as always….. so ‘thanks’ you lot for looking so good, we had a ball with the you once again and we wish you all the luck you deserve in the future xx
