A welcome return to The Inn at Whitewell
I love an Inn at Whitewell wedding, what’s not to like really about the Inn at Whitewell. Its a gorgeous venue set overlooking the river Hodder, nestled in the trough of Bowland with only farm animals as neighbours. The only other building of note in Whitewell is st Michaels Church which let’s face it is very handy, being right next to the Inn.
A lovely family Wedding
The weather just recently has been pretty biblical bad with two named storms one after the other and its terrible now as I edit these images looking over onto the Saddleworth hills, well I’m pretty sure they are still there because I haven’t seen them for weeks due to the incessant rain.
However on Natasha and Mathew have obviously done something right as the weather broke just long enough for Natasha and family (and Oska) to do the short walk from the Piggeries where the bridal prep took place to St Michaels without getting drenched and we even managed a short walk after to use the Inn as a backdrop for some couples shots.
We had real fun on the shoot but that was bound to happed as Natasha and Matthew are such a fun couple, they were both smiling and laughing all day, they certainly have found their soul mates in each other, that is obvious.
