To celebrate our first weekend off of the wedding season we took a trip to Banksy’s Dismaland in Weston Super Mare. To get into Dismaland we queued for over 6 hours in the baking sun and were thoroughly abused by the staff who couldn’t have been less helpful, we totally loved it.
If you don’t know about Dismaland it’s a temporary art project in a disused seaside lido featuring 58 different artists work, some of it quite challenging some of it just out and out dismal.
It made us think that a street art inspired wedding would be a great theme to go with. Festival weddings are catching on so why not a artsy theme park inspired wedding!
