If you would like to chat over any aspect of your day please get in touch HERE. I have shot well over 400 weddings and won many top awards. Basically if you would like your day covered in an artistic way but with minimum impact to the natural flow of the wedding we may be able to work together.

Rachael and Luke’s Vintage Bus Wedding in Uppermill.

I don’t know if we are just lucky or that we just attract lovely creative people but we really have not had a wedding this year where everyone wasn’t wonderful and friendly. Rachael and Luke’s wedding in Uppermill was certainly no exception. It could not have been more local either, it’s this years second Wedding at St Chads in Uppermill, Saddleworth. It’s a church full of character and this was certainly added to by the immaculate Vintage Bus that was waiting for everyone after the ceremony.

Rachael and her bridesmaids were all getting ready just a few minutes away from our studio which was handy (in the next few weeks we have weddings in The Lake District and East Sussex),all was calm when we arrived. Whilst the finishing touches were being added to outfits I shot the funky looking bridal bouquet in Rachael’s Parents very nice garden. One of the images below is of one of the bracelets that the talented Rachael had made for all the bridesmaids, what a lovely touch. Back in Rachael’s room the  bride was being helped into her dress by her Mum. Rachael’s dress was really pretty, very Audrey Hepburn she really did look pretty special.

Meanwhile Luke, his best man and ushers were finishing their drinks in the Church Inn and making the very short journey over to the Church to await Rachael’s arrival.

The first time the Groom sets his eyes on his new Bride is always a great moment and seeing Rachael for the first time in her fab dress Luke was certainly not disappointed .

After the ceremony the gorgeous Vintage Bus took the guests to Dukinfield Golf Club for the reception and dancing. It’s here we did a few more photographs on the picturesque

golf course, they even wavered the ‘strictly golf shoes only’ and let us wander around to find some pretty locations. Lets not forget the Photo Booth shall we, it went down a storm. After posing with our props from the ‘Vintage Trunks of Fun’ we printed out the guests images in a polaroid style and put them in a guest book for everyone to leave a message. We think you can tell from the images just how good this part of the day was. Every wedding should have one.

Have a great Honeymoon Rachael and Luke, we hope you enjoy looking at these images whilst you are away and reliving you prefect wedding.
