Asian Wedding

In my experience an Asian wedding is a riot of colour and emotion, Maidah and Sohail’s wedding (Shaadi) at Crossley House is right off the scale on those 2 counts. They are after creative Asian Wedding Photography and between us I think we delivered it. What a day and what an honour to be part of an event like this it was. I have had the pleasure of knowing this great family for a while now, I guess I met many of them when I photographed my good friend Sadea’s wedding (quite) a few years ago so that’s another reason I was really looking forward to this day.

However by the end of the day my expectations had well and truly been blown out of the water, I often leave a wedding quite physically drained (they can be a 14 hour+ day) on this occasion I was emotionally drained too, but in a good way!! I can’t tell you how welcome and how relaxed I felt at this wedding and I hope that that is reflected in this set of images. There is no way on earth am I eloquent enough to describe this wedding in words. Lucky then I was there with my camera! I will hopefully let my images here do the talking for me.
