A small lockdown church wedding
Like many people Jeanette and Rob had to cancel their wedding this year due to Covid 19. They have rescheduled their day for next year at the wonderful Crow Hill in Marsden.
So not was a lovely surprise when I got the call off them saying that they had managed to set up a New Years Eve church wedding at the lovely St Johns the Baptist’s, Hipperholme prior to next years wedding celebration.
Pre Wedding preparations
Although wearing a mask is a bit of a pain when you wear glasses and take photographs it was well worth it to be able to do some pre wedding shots, its always a lovely part of the day and I’ve missed it. It was good to see Naomi the make up artist there to as I have met her at many Crow Hill weddings, it felt almost normal and I knew that Jeanette was is therefore going to look amazing.
As you can see from the photos Jeanette is such good fun to be around, her smiling and laughter is infectious and I can certainly see what Rob sees in her, they clearly have a great time together. It also became clear during the day that these two are so perfect for each other, it genuinely was incredibly heart warming to see and such a lovely end to a challenging year.
A picture says a thousand words
I’m going to let the photos do the talking now as I’m pretty sure that they do this lovely couple more justice than my words ever could.
Rob and Jeanette, thanks for asking me to be a small part of your day, you are perfect and I’ll see you soon hopefully for part two at Crow Hill
